Rarer Cancers Forum Virtual Flower Award 2009/02/27

Susan ('Hen') Graham and three friends, Heather, Sally and Louise, organised a ceilidh in aid of the Rarer Cancers Forum. They raised around £1,700.

In November 2008, Susan ('Hen') Graham and three friends, Heather, Sally and Louise, organised a ceilidh in Helperby village hall in aid of the Rarer Cancers Forum.  The event was called The Helperby Fling and it raised around £1,700 for the Rarer Cancers Forum.

This Flower Award is for all you good Helpberby Flingers who contributed to the success of the evening, including the musicians who made no charge for playing - Andy Cuthbert (drums), John Kinsella (bass) and Davey Outlaw (guitar). Many thanks to all of you.
