NEWS FLASH - 19.10 hours 19 September!

Claire has just finished her hour on the plinth.  She was fantastic!  Dressed in a stunning black and cerise leotard she led the crowd in her aerobics class, involving them in a number of varied routines. The smile on her face was mirrored on those of the people participating on the ground.  Claire's aim was to pull off a "display of athleticism, elegance and cool" and she succeeded brilliantly.  This was a display requiring a high degree of fitness and endurance and it seemed there was no hiding place for any muscles in her body - they all had to join in and do their bit! Claire must have been very tired by the end but she kept going and kept smiling.

A huge 'thank you' Claire from all of us at Rarer Cancers Forum and the patients the charity represents.  Thank you, too, to the faithful group of core participants who provided invaluable support and encouragement from the foot of the column.
