Eating mandarins may reduce risk of liver cancer

We all know that we should be eating at least five portions of fruit and vegetables a day as part of a healthy diet. Research by Japanese scientists suggests that eating mandarins may reduce the risk of liver cancer, but more research is needed before definite conclusions can be reached.
