We were given some sparse information but the Chief Executive included this paragraph in his letter (exact quote):

This information is released under Freedom of Information Act 2000, the copyright of this information belongs to the Trust, there is no re-use without our written permission (EU Re-Use Regulations [Directive 2003/98/EC Section 9]) and that this information is not to be used for any other purpose that use, may breach the Data Protection Act 1998." (i.e. marketing of the individuals)".
